I strongly endorse CareerPro’s SES writing services. Bottom line: although not accepted for the first position I applied for with the ECQs and TQs CareerPro drafted, I was interviewed and accepted for the second position–and the ECQs and TQs sailed through OPM with no edits/questions at all (something the hiring director for my office said she had not seen in her 10 years there). I have now started my new position. While I consider myself a reasonably good writer, the ECQ’s and TQ’s I produced on my own were simply not good enough. I was not fully comfortable with hiring a writing service like CareerPro, but after some reflection I decided that it was worth the investment. Lee worked with me intensively over the next three weeks, asking detailed questions and kicking several drafts back and forth with me to make sure they accurately captured my career in a way that ensured all of the “bases” that both the hiring office and OPM wanted to see were covered. I also urge anyone looking for an SES-level position not to be discouraged if they don’t get hired on the first try. In my case, I was not even asked back for an interview for the first position (though when I asked for feedback, I was told that the package itself was noticeably stronger than the initial submission I had drafted on my own–the problem was the hiring office did not consider me the right “fit” for the job). But I now had a set of ECQs ready to go, and (having been through the process with Lee once) it was relatively easy to develop a good set of TQs for a different position. And as noted above, my second SES application ended with my hiring. I greatly appreciate the help Lee and CareerPro gave me, and I wish you success in your own efforts to find the right SES position for you.

Lee, the SES career coach assigned to me was simply outstanding. He worked around my schedule and was extremely accommodating when it came to ensuring I had a top-notch product by the deadline we had determined. When I saw his final product, I was amazed and could not have done as bang-up of a job as he did in the short time period I had to submit my application. It was a collaborative effort based on my inputs and his expert writing skills. He was able to succinctly fuse my inputs into a almost artistic sculpture of hard-hitting, powerful statements in accordance with OPM format on SES positions. I feel extremely confident that the product we worked on together, just increased my chances at least ten-fold of landing an interview. I highly endorse Lee’s skills, professionalism, and most importantly, top-notch customer service. He also co-authored a book on the SES process which lends credibility to his performance. He is truly the BEST! Thanks

Johanna Nestor

Lee was fantastic! He was patient, understanding of my schedule as a mom of a 9 month old, able to provide a “pep talk” when needed, and provided great advice as I pulled together thoughts for ECQ examples. That is over and above his ability to take my examples and turn them into gold. I highly recommend CareerPro services for anyone investing in the SES package.

Catherine Fairlie

Bruce did an exceptional job working with me on my resume, ECQ, TQ and DQs. There was a great deal of back and forth discussion which was extremely helpful. The end result was far better than expected.

Vicki

Nancy, I wanted to let you know that I was selected for USDA SES CDP. There were over 650 applicants and in the end USDA selected 78 participants for the SES CDP. There will be 4 cohorts of 19/20 members and I’m in the first cohort. We were notified in late July and orientation for the first cohort was August 3 and 4. Our first class at American University starts tomorrow. There will be a total of 8 week long courses over the next 11 months. I will be done with this coursework on June 22nd. Thanks for all your help and hard work Nancy.

I felt that Joseph went well above and beyond what he was contracted for and I felt he took a personal interest in all details. His service was more than: just writing a resume because he walked me through the steps in submitting the resume and all of the required attachments without my feeling that I was imposing. This additional service on his part was very much appreciated and without it my efforts to apply for the job may have been for naught. He recognized the complexities of applying for a government job and added his expertise.

Michael Sutton

After a gruesome time while I was in Brazzaville, Congo, Africa I contacted you all just days away from the closing of the position below. Chris you took me in but you had to go on leave so you turned me over to Joseph, the King of Resume Writing! During a time of dropped calls and internet outages in contacting you on Skype Joseph on a Friday you did an amazing job and you got the finished product to me with no problem through our weekend communications on Skype. Below you will find the final offer email. I will start working on 1 Aug 11. I want to thank you Joseph for your professionalism and your work. Chris, you left me in good hands. I have highly recommended your company to my colleagues and friends. Thank you so much for taking me on and helping me to shine to get past OPM. Your strategic workings within my resume allowed me to be highly recommended for both levels of the position and the hiring agency selected me for the highest position after I sat down and talked with them. So, you all helped me to get more money, more benefits, less international travel and more domestic travel with an office that supports teleworking from home, a security clearance upgrade and I’m as happy as I can be! Thank you.

P. Nolan

Great support and writing assistance. The rest is up to me. I would definitely recommend your services to others. Excellent process.

D. Wood

As you could imagine, after 30 years in the military, numerous deployments, many headaches and heartaches, turning that experience over to a person that I have not met, was not easy. His prose was magnificent. He took all of the gibberish that I provided and turned it into a world class product. I have used other resume companies and have not received the same results, or trust. My many thanks as I begin this new chapter in my life. I feel greatly prepared with his product.

J. Skinner

I now realize, there is no way I could draft a masterpiece of a resume, like they did. I didn’t know the government’s means to weed out resumes, nor did I know the key statements that are sought out. With resume in hand, I see a lot of things I was failing to do, myself. CareerPro even has an underwriting department to triple check their own work. This is a HIGHLY professional organization that knows what they are doing. The amount and quality of work is well worth it. Don’t be a fool (like me); try it out before applying on your own.

Ben. L

I would recommend this service to anyone serious about getting a federal position. My hard work and experience was displayed in a magnificent way and this service helped me get my dream job.

Maj General “Hoot” Gibson

Both Lisa and Lee are world class. I’m a retired Major General and have had lots of execs, aides, and secretaries — and these are outstanding! Both had a comfortable and familiar way of communicating that was very effective and their system (especially Lee during the writing phase) of back-and-forth reviews made the project effortless but also better than I could have hoped for. They have earned my sincere appreciation.

Alesendro Rebaudengo

Elizabeth was the writer assigned to work with me. I truly enjoy working with her in the development of the ECQs and PTQs, including the resume. Elizabeth is an excellent writer and a wonderful person to work with. I was amazed about the quality of her work products as well as gaining an understanding of my write ups/achievements and turn them into a solid and strong product. In summary, she is an excellent resource and I want to commend her for her excellent work.

Catherine Fairlie

Bruce did an exceptional job working with me on my resume, ECQ, TQ and DQs. There was a great deal of back and forth discussion which was extremely helpful. The end result was far better than expected.

Maj General H.G.

I tried writing my own resume and although the effort provided me some needed insights…it didn’t produce an effective or professionally appealing product. After CareerPro Global completed their collaborative work with me and produced their professionally written resume, I’ve received numerous calls and inquiries. Recently I received a “complimentary” resume review from a competitive service with the obvious intent to offer a rewrite but in the end they described my resume as “an excellent product”. I’ve offered CareerPro Global to many of my friends and colleagues.

Michelle Karon

The service I received was amazing! Bruce was able to articulate my competencies in a manner consistent with government expectations, all the while staying true to my unique qualities and experiences. He helped me fill in important blanks I might have overlooked and offered wonderful guidance and recommendations in regard to style and presentation. He stayed in constant communication with me and always followed up promptly by phone and email, addressing any concerns I had about the process. Finally, he had a great sense of humor and was truly a joy to work with on such an important project.

M.C.

This was an accelerated project; I think from initial contact to application submittal, the process took just seven (7) days. Result: a top-quality, 26-page package, and an interview now scheduled for the 24th of May. I know I’m qualified, but the application package verified it

D. Hall

Bruce. well everybody loved it–including an SES friend who sat SES selection boards. Thanks again, and let me know if you need anything more for the ECQs.

W. Smith

From rejected ECQs to SES: I was very pleased with your service. The ECQs I initially submitted were rejected by OPM. I contacted your company since I only had one more opportunity with OPM. My writer Lee did a good job enhancing my ECQs to meet OPM’s standards. He provided candid feedback as he worked to improve my written narratives. I wanted my ECQs within 10 days, and Lee delivered my updated ECQs within my specified timeframe. I became a SES member after OPM approved my modified ECQs.

J.T.

Bruce, Know it has been a while, but wanted to let you know the status of the selection process for the job. I was notified that I have been selected and given a tentative offer. The process that must now be completed is that I have to have my financial and security clearances validated and the ECQs approved by OPM.

Jack G. Lane

Lee was outstanding to work with. He stimulated my thought process concerning information he needed through his guidance and motivation. This made for a more complete and professional resume including the Federal ECQ’s and TQ’s. It was a great deal of work for both Lee and I, with a very short turnaround, but I believe it has provided me with one of the finest resumes I’ve ever helped develop.

Rich

I Was one of four people selected to interview for the SES position. Waiting to hear results. Meanwhile I have been the acting Director, and have received numerous accolades from the DISA Director…will let you know how it turned out…BTW my SES package was rated the best overall. Thanks.

Frankie

Nancy, yes I did get the job that you assisted me with ref the write-up. I was one of the five finalist who were interviewed, and after the interview I was selected for the SES position. I have retired from DEA and am moving to the new position. Where did you see the announcement. Hope all is well.

Steve Campbell

I was notified yesterday I got the job with DISA! Thank you for all your hard work and the excellent resume.

Ernest A. Cameron, A happy Director and newly appointed SESer

Ms. Adams I would like to take this opportunity to convey my sincere gratitude to Lee for the phoneminal service her recently provided. I came to Lee after first attempting to work with another company for over a month with no results on my SES re-submission package to the Office of Personnel Management. With roughly two and a half weeks left before the final deadline to resubmit my package, I desperately needed help. When I first spoke to Lee his calm demeanor, confident manner and encouraging manner immediately calmed my fears and addressed my frustrations with the former company. His assurance that he could work with me on the project even with the limited time was not only refreshing but gave me hope that the ultimate outcome could be successful. I told Lee I was putting my career in his hands and believed that if it was God’s will this would work out. Lee was diligent in his efforts to meet my expectations and kept in constant contact with me to assure me he was working hard on my behalf. Not only did he meet my expectations but he exceeded my wildest dreams! Lee’s herculean efforts were instrumental in the successful resubmission of my SES package and my current appointment in the SES corp. I am absolutely convinced that absent his direct intervention this would not have been possible! The consummate professional, Lee epitomizes the can do spirit this nation was built on. I am honored to have met this gentleman who gave his word, delivered on his commitment and did so in record time when others certainly would not have accept the job because of the enormity of the task at hand. Lee’s writing prowess and conviction are particularly noteworthy! Lee is absolutely the best of the best and should be elevated at the very earliest opportunity! I would be honored to refer Lee and your company to anyone seeking real results by a professional who genuinely cares about people and not money! On behalf of my family and myself, please convey our collective gratitude to a gentleman who is truly talented and genuine in every sense of the word! If you have questions or would like to speak to me directly please do not hesitate to give me a call It would be my pleasure to speak to you. Regards,

Rich Phillips

Elizabeth, Hello! I just was called by Commerce for an interview on Monday. I am already nervous, but this is exactly what I wanted.

Jerome Bonner

Excellent Service! The writers have a comprehensive understanding of developing ECQs and KSAs. The investment is career enhancing.

Bert

Just wanted to say “Thank You!” for your help with my ECQs…just got word that my package was accepted. My induction ceremony is on Thursday and I start work on Friday.

Al Haggerty

I wanted to let you know that I have been called by the Assistant Secretary of Defense’s office for an interview for the position of President of the Defense Acquisition University. Thanks for the great work on my resume, and many thanks also for the advice on my ECQs and TQs. The interview is on the 22nd, and I will let you know how it goes.

George W. Reid, Ph. D.

Dear Barbara, When I think of excellence, I think of two of the members of your staff who are simply great–Lee and Patricia. I have worked closely with both of them. Both are timely, patient, sensitive to circumstances and brilliant in their work fields. Barbara coached me on three occasions toward my interview which happened yesterday. One never knows who might be chosen to any position, but I must say I felt prepared during my interview. Her questions of me were on target. Her framing of my answers was outstanding and her feedback and availability extraordinary. Lee took my resume, talked to me a few times and masterfully constructed a resume that has placed me worthy of being interviewed. There was not one mistake in his work and his sense of how to present my life’s work was obviously what made me attractive to the employer, since previously, my resume had not merited me an interview. I would use either or both again and again.

R. Thorpe, SES Candidate

I would highly recommend Mike and CareerPro Global to all.

Lou Ann McFadden, SES Candidate

Mike, my SES application was forwarded to the panel for the Director, Space Programs and Policy position. I would not have got this far without CareerPro, so thank you very much!

Mark Thompson

Gentlemen – Lee…Thought you’d want see the fruits of our labors. Just received this today. Thank you for your interest in employment with the U.S. Department of State Deputy Coordinator for Operations. You met all the requirements and your application was among those referred to the selecting official.

M. Alston SES Candidate

Lisa was wonderful, explaining the everything to me. She took her time and walked me through the process. Then I started working with my writer Elizabeth, what an AWESOME experience. She was honest with me.

Sammie

I was extremely pleased with the finished product. The process from start up to completion exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend CareerPro Global to all serious applicants seeking to further their career at the SES levels.

M. Bibiak

The professional writer Bruce took dozens of pages of past experience and then organized the relevant information and key points in to a final product that exceeded all expectations. Throughout the process there was never a lack of communication or a shortage of expert advice. I am recommending the Company to my family and friends immediately.

Wayne

Barbara and Lisa – Wanted to send a quick note to say “thanks!” for assigning Mike to my project several weeks ago. I contacted your company via a Web-inquiry form on Jan 17th for assistance putting together a package for a Senior Executive Service (SES) position for which I was applying. Mike was fantastic – easy to work with, constantly encouraging and he delivered an “eye watering” product two days before our scheduled completion date! My SES boss commented on how well written the package was, and I was able to submit the entire package a full day before the deadline. Hats off to your company for having such a talented and professional staff; I will be enthusiastically recommending you to my colleagues. Again, thanks, P.S. I GOT THE INTERVIEW.

CJ

Lee, I made the first cut. My application was forwarded to SES for ranking. There are a significant number of applicants, but I made the first cut. I couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you! !

Michael A. Alston

Elizabeth, Wanted to send you a quick note that the QRB approved my SES package. Thanks!!!

Don

SES Project: I had an interview on Monday, 2 November — on Tues the 3rd one of the panel members called 3 of my references. According to the interview panel, the position is blessed by OPM and after the interview they mentioned they would finish their paperwork and forward it to OPM. I think these are promising signs? I’m proud of our work together – if nothing else I got an interview right out of the gate! That’s fantastic.

T.B.

I have been qualified and referred on two positions since you did my resume and ECQs. One is a supervisory position in the Judicial Federal Court as the Continuity of Operations Supervisor and the other is a Management Program Analyst. Both of the positions are GS-15.

General Jim Rubeor, USAFR

I cannot say enough about Lisa and the pros at CareerPro Global! I recently used their company to assist in completing my SES application. The SES application process is daunting and formidable, filled with confusing terms and jargon and loaded with stringent requirements. Lisa walked me through it patiently, providing assistance and guidance every step of the way. Her customer focus was second to none; even after the two day session was complete, she continued to provide assistance, reviewing my package and providing support through several more iterations. I lost track of how many times we emailed the package back and forth. She has a complete team of experts with relevant experience in my career field as well as admin support to get the details right like spelling, grammar and format. Just as important, they have experience in the SES process and know what the Executive Review Board is looking for. And they deliver! Not only did they help me make the submission deadline on time but my package was selected as “Best Qualified” and now I am scheduled for an interview. Thanks, CarerPro!

Wallace W. Farris, Brig Gen AF/RE

Lisa and Scott did a great job at our SES training session. I felt you all prepared me to write a top notch SES package, one that will get me hired. In fact, I have already recommended your company to some folks here in the Pentagon.

MPB

I picked this service off of a web site based on some basic guidelines that I found on the net. I thought it was expensive, but I was under a tight timeline. I had to strongly participate over 5 days, but it was worth the investment. I watched my life and my accomplishments displayed out in front of me like magic. It was a great experience.

RM

Yes, I would recommend your services to my friends, co-workers, the results I received were very professional, and with those results I made the list for a job I really want. Therefore, I feel my investment was worth the cost.

Theresa

“Diana, I am happy to report that I am in the middle of a security clearance for Immigration. I had a Federal Investigator visit with me last week, and if everything goes smooth…I may start a new job soon! I am very excited and I don’t believe I would have this opportunity without your help!

Thank you very much,”

EGP

I am very pleased with CareerPro services in rewriting my professional resume. I posted the resume a few minutes after I received it. I have been invited to four interviews for executive positions and one of which is the second one. I have already recommended three of my friends to CareerPro. The sales person, Johnny was exceptional. He worked hard to get information from me to produce a professional resume. Thanks for being here for me at this time in this stage of my career.

R.R.

Barbara, I am presently in the running for two targeted positions and should hear this week after two interviews. I am also applying for a similar positioin since it is only 3 hours from my present location. For this job announcement, the agency eliminated one and added a new KSA, Technical Knowledge. I contacted Lisa this past Tuesday and we worked together to get this new KSA written and sized to fit the new agency requirements which are to post on line and have them fit within a certain character count. She completed this in under three days start to finish with editing and I am ready to forward my packet to the agency today, the deadline is Monday 16 June. Super Job! I wanted to also mention that while I was being interviewed by a senior director, he commented during the interview that my Fed Resume was one of the best he had ever seen and stated, ” it was easy to read, informative and very well formatted”. Thought you should know since Lisa seems to have spent the appropriate time ensuring all goes well at screening with the agency recruitment center and OPM getting certified resumes as well as with hiring officials that like her products. Thanks and will keep all posted…

VR, DAW, Assistant Deputy Commander

Barbara, I would highly recommend your company, in fact already have to another person interested in applying for a SES position. I was referred for the position I applied for.

Ken Atha

Hi Barbara, I wanted to thank you for all your help over the last year. Especially with the last minute requests and your personal involvement. My package was approved by the Board and I have accepted the SES position. I have been in SF for three weeks now and enjoy it tremendously. Thank you again and I hope you are doing well and have a great weekend. Sincerely,

Marion Burrows

Bruce, I’m so glad you are following-up with me regarding your services. I applied for the Senior Executive Services (SES) Candidacy Development Program. As a result of the Executive Core Qualifications and resume you assisted me with preparing, I received and interview. I am waiting for the result of the interview to see if I was selected into the program. Thank you again, for you assistance, the well prepared resume and ECQs is the reason I received the interview.

Carol Susan Kisthardt, NCIS

I called CareerPro Global after looking on the internet for help with an SES package. I was in a time crunch, did not know where to start, and I did not feel I had any of the expertise to be considered for the position but thought I should talk to someone before I decided not to apply. Upon my initial contact I was immediately put at ease. They showed me I not only qualified, that I was a strong contender for the position. They assured me right up front they would do all the work and all I would have to do is answer their questions, provide the background information and RELAX. True to their word my resume and technical skills were done in an amazing amount of time. The greatest surprise to me was the answers to the ECQs were EXACTLY how I would have answered the questions if I had the time to sit down and write them myself. It is because of their skill, caring and encouragement I made it to the board and was interviewed for the SES. Without them I would never have applied.

Mike Connor

I have been selected for the SES position, and approved by the NNSA Executive Review Board (ERB) two weeks ago. I hope to know the final results mid to late June. Thank you.

Lesia A. Reed

As a client of the CareerPro Global I can not emphasize enough the help I received in developing my SES packet. The finish product was indeed a work of art that reflected my true leadership skills as well as my vision as an effective and efficient leader and public administrator.

François Boller, MD, PhD Scientific Review Officer National Institutes of Health

To the attention of Johnny and Barbara, My Title 42 application has been completed and submitted. I wish to comment on the performance of the writer you assigned for this task. The bottom line is very easily expressed. It was exactly what I expected and needed and the collaboration was simply perfect. I worked a lot too (in part under her guidance); communication was very easy and always pleasant. The package does look very good to me. Thank you again,

Gary Suprick, Ret Colonel U.S. Marines

I found the leadership of CareerPro Global to possess integrity in purpose, solid knowledge of the government application process, an understanding of my personal concerns and the decisions I was making in respect to career pursuits. These qualities were important to me and influenced my decision to use their services. The Federal Resume, ECQs, and PTQs that were my final product reflected a significant insight into my 30 year military career, my qualifications for the position I was applying for, and more importantly, my character. As a result, I am very satisfied with my CareerPro Global experience.

Tom Peterson

I received the official offer for the SES Forest Management Director position with the US Forest Service yesterday. My application as you prepared it made it through the QRB without a hitch. So, once again thanks for all your excellent work with my ECQs, resume’ and TQs!!

C. Z. Deputy Director, National Center for Environmental Research

Just wanted to let you know I got the job and as of next week will be a member of the Senior Executive Service. It was a long process that included a number of interviews. With all that reviewing there was only a few minor word changes that were suggested as a result of the first review. The package sailed through the second two reviews with out a single comment. Knowing that I had all my paper work in good order sure helped. Thank you so much for your efforts. I am sure in the days ahead I will berecommending you to others who will be facing similar challenges.

P.S., SES Applicant

I definitely will recommend your service to my friends and co-workers. My resume placed me at the top of the list “best qualified candidate” with three agencies. I was “best qualified”, interviewed and offered the SES position pending a background investigation. My interview was conducted by a 12 member team, and each one of them told me that they were very impressed with my resume application. Thank you for an excellent job, I am very pleased.

M. J. M, Field Office Director DHS/Immigration and Customs Enforcement

I thought I would let you know that I was selected for the SES position in San Antonio and passed the OPM review. I just EOD’s and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without all of your help and the wonderful package you prepared for me. I can never thank you enough for making this whole process such a wonderful experience. Thanks again. Sincerely,

W. B.

Johnny, I just wanted to let you know that I was offered the job (Director) today. I couldn’t have done it without your help. It was done so well, I wanted to hire myself. Yes sir, very professionally done indeed. I commend you, Lisa, and all others who were involved in completing my package for doing such a wonderful job. I guess the rest is up to me. DID YOU SEE THAT RESUME?? You were absolutely correct when you said that I would be pleased. I have (and will be) spreading the word about your capable services. I was so impressed with your teams writing skills, I am intimidated to even send an email to you guys without critiquing it. Well worth the investment, and I hope you guys get many more clients. Keep in touch and I will keep you up to date on my progress.

M.P.M., Regional Director, FEMA

Thanks for a well written SES application. I have been appointed regional director of Region IV in Atlanta for the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Curtis P., SES Candidate Development Program Selected

Bruce, I want to thank you and the team for your hard work, dedication, and advice while working on my project. My package was selected and referred to DHS for the SES Candidate Development Program. Thanks again.

Steve W., SES, Office of the Inspector General, Department of Defense

I was selected for the SES position and my ECQs were submitted to OPM with minimal change. My personnel office informed me they were the best they had ever seen and should be the “example” for the future submissions. It all started with you-thanks again for all your assistance.

Lew, Candidate for Deputy Federal Security Director

Just wanted to let you know I did make the “Best Qualified” list for the Deputy Federal Security Director position at Flint, MI. Thank you for all your assistance.

Lucia, SES Candidate

I am beyond satisfied. The PTQs were like the rest of your work- fabulous. I can now apply with confidence- looks like your hard work paid off….- I was referred to the panel. Thank you!.

K.K.

The professional writer had taken my current package and polished it into a cohesive, comprehensive story of who I was. Results/Comments from the review board were “highly qualified” in all ECQ/TCQ’s and said this is what we like to see, that it appeared to have great thought and work put into the package. This is the way to go from the start of applying for a Executive position.

Amanda S. G.

My EPA application is looking good. I heard twice from them;: 1) acknowledging that I made it through the HR review and my application was forwarded to a panel; and 2) passed the panel review and was forwarded to the deciding official. Thanks for everything.

Gary Suprick, Ret Colonel U.S. Marines

Lisa, Thanks for the note. Am so happy and honored to tell you I am now an SES. I was promoted on 18 FEB 2007. Long story, won’t go into it on email…but your efforts and the support of your team made it all possible. Can’t tell you how much it means to have had your support. Appreciate everything. Very Respectfully,

Aubrey M.

“Barbara,
I appreciate the service that Lisa was able to provide. While the position has not yet been filled, I have been notified that I qualified for the SES position.”

Marc J. Moore, Field Office Director

Lisa, I thought I would let you know that I was selected for the SES position in San Antonio and passed the OPM review. I just EOD’s and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without all of your help and the wonderful package you prepared for me. I can never thank you enough for making this whole process such a wonderful experience. I hope you have a wonderful holiday with great friends and family and awesome food. Thanks again. Sincerely,

T.P.

Thanks so much for your excellent work. I know that my attempts to write such an SES application would not have compared to what you were able to do.

Les Bloom

“Barbara,
Lisa was fantastic and I would not hesitate to use her again on future SES applications. I don’t know how she does it! Thanks so much for Lisa,”

Steve C. Colonel, U.S. Army

Thank you again for all your help and advice. Regardless of the outcome it has been a pleasure to work with you. Excellent application!

YEC Washington, DC

This is an extremely professional executive resume service. The resume writer was excellent, timely, and made my experience with this service a success. The document was so well done I received the six figure job. Of course, I am qualified, but the presentation is most important. Thank you.

David L.

Barbara, I would like to take this opportunity to express my extreme appreciation for all of Nancy Segal’s hard work which allowed me to be accepted into a Federal SES position. I contacted CareerPro Global about nine months ago after my ECQs were rejected a second time by OPM’s QRB. Nancy was assigned to my case at the time and she has been fabulous. Nancy revised my initial ECQs within two weeks to tell a better story for my next SES opportunity. Several months ago when I was tentatively selected for another SES position I contacted Nancy and she did not hesitate assisting me in revising the ECQs to make them more current. Nancy responsiveness has been more than outstanding and her valuable input was much appreciated. It was made clear to me that Nancy knows exactly what OPM is searching for in reviewing ECQs when I was informed yesterday that my ECQs were approved by the QRB. Nancy’s efforts and work product allowed me to be accepted into a SES position. I could not have done it without her. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone interested in pursuing a SES Federal career. Again, thanks to CareerPro Global and Nancy Segal. Regards.

R. Engel, SES Candidate

Bruce was excellent to work with and was extremely patient, accommodating, and professional given the compressed timeline to complete my project. I highly recommend him as a writer and would have no problem recommending or using your services for future projects.

P Walks

Bruce was great. Extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. The Selection for the position to which I applied has not been made, but I am one of the top finalists.

E. Odden

This is the second time I have used your services for a resume (first with the SES format and now the Business/Professional format). I have been pleased with both but this was far better in quality and quantity than my first experience.

T. Seagrist

Knowledgeable, talented, and customer service-oriented team. I highly recommend their services.

W. Williawk

Bruce was a superb accomplice during my resume and ECQ project! He responded promptly to all inquiries. His writing and ability to draw out the best essence of ‘my story’ was remarkable.

GLM

CareerPro is an [exceptional] company that really [simplifies] the challenges of creating impressive resumes. I highly recommend their services, especially to those who recently departed the military services. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service Lee provided. I found the ‘Builders’ helpful in telling my ‘story’, and Lee did an excellent job of pulling them together.

J. Harris

Working with Lee was great, he took the time to understand my position and pull all the information out of me. Great product and great writer.

M. Okumn

Career Pro was able to deliver a complex technical Federal SES Job ECQ, TQ, and Resume project within a week of consultation. The technical writer was very skilled translating technical language and accomplishments to simple succinct comprehensible language. I appreciated the guidance from start to end.

C.C. SES

I would strongly recommend your services to others. I was asked to resubmit ECQs. When OPM rejected my first submission, they suggested that I had little chance of being accepted if I rewrote and resubmitted the ECQs. OPM recommended that I pursue a long mentoring program. My agency could not afford for me to be out the time needed for the program. My executive writer answered my request to your firm for help with developing new ECQs. He did a fantastic job with a short turnaround. He provided great advice about content and did the heavy lifting on drafting essays that fit formats required by OPM. The format did not make intuitive sense to me and Lee made everything work very quickly. OPM accepted the new ECQs and I got the position.

LM

Working with CPG was a pleasure. I was very nervous because my ECQs were initially rejected and I knew this was my last shot unless I wanted to start this process over in a year. Lee was very responsive to all my questions. We started with a telephone conference and then all subsequent communications via email. Long story, short… he made my accomplishments sound fantastic and I am proud to say it passed OPM’s review. I am starting my SES career in 3 weeks!!! I couldn’t have done it without them.

Anon

Lee was outstanding to work with. I would recommend him to any of my peers or friends. Luckily for me, Lee did an outstanding job providing the feedback I needed in order to ultimately write good draft ECQs. Lee demonstrated the utmost of professionalism, tact, and knowledge. I am grateful that I had him helping me. Clearly Lee is a tremendous asset to Career Pro Global, and he would be an asset to any organization.

T. Dussault

I was very impressed with the service I received from CareerPro Global, Inc. I thought it was definitely worth the money. The writer I worked with was very helpful, informative, and made the experience enjoyable!

A. Cockfield

Outstanding service and expertise in ECQ development….none better!

V. Short

My coach Lee was absolutely OUTSTANDING and I want to make sure that my testimonial and recommendation is thorough and well written. Ms. Adams was also great.

A. Fountain

I thought everything was explained well upfront. My obligations, your obligations, timelines, etc… Very efficient process. I already passed this to Lee, but I think the hardest thing for most people to do is market themselves. At least I know it is for me. This process allowed me to feed him raw data about me and then he was able to turn it into a product I could never have done on my own.

V. Soukup

I can’t imagine navigating this process alone. It’s an intense, introspective process that challenges your view of yourself and what you perceive to be your accomplishments. An objective expert that is on your side makes an incredible difference. The support and advice made this journey much less painful!

D. Lieb

Your writer provided a well-executed plan of action that we both developed and agreed upon. He provided encouragement that 1. I had the work and career experience to provide him with the information for the documents requested. 2. To keep me focused on meeting the timelines we had established. We were under a short-fused due date for the application and finished in systematic manner and with enough time for adequate review.

MSS

I was doubtful that I would really need to invest as much as 10 hours in the process, but you were correct. This cannot be overstated upfront. Excellent product by Lee! Excellent professional services the whole way through the process…would recommend CareerPro Global to anyone needing their line of services!

A. Kimball

I found the ECQ services well worth the price, and there was no way I could have generated a product close to what Lee delivered. I do think the resume service is somewhat overpriced. Lee did a great job with my data though, and again, I greatly appreciate his expertise. The one area where I recommend improvement is in the final QC. For the price of the products, I think there could have been a more detailed QC. I imagine that most people are deftly afraid of any grammatical errors in their final products, and most people might even be willing to pay for an even more detailed QC effort of final products.

W. E.

Joseph, I can’t thank you enough. Not in a million years would I have come up with something like this resume. I now understand how different government and private sector are.

Jeff

I have just found out that I have been rated highly qualified and scheduled an interview for the SES position. Thank you for all the help, you’ve done your job, I guess it is now up to me! Seriously, thanks for vastly improving how I communicated my skills and background. I’ll let you know what happens next.

Peggy

Great news—my program representative had no comments on my ECQs. I am ready to submit to the QRB. Thanks again and have a wonderful year!

Sandra

Debbie, I submitted the ECQs and the Executive Development Plan to OPM last Monday. I’ve heard this morning and I meant to let you know; I was approved. Thank you again for your help. Your attention to detail, thoroughness, and timeliness was much appreciated!

Vikki

Just writing to say nice job on my ECQs!!! I’ve cleared OPM. My supervisor has called and now I’m just waiting for HR to call with the final negotiations. Thanks so much for everything. You made an extremely difficult process so easy!

Bill

You helped with me with my NASA SES application about six months ago and I was selected as the new SES. My good friend would like to find out more about CareerPro Global. I will refer others as well. Great job!” Respectfully,

RV

I got referred to the hiring manager for the NSA SES application. Cross your fingers that I got called in for an interview.

William

Bruce, The final copy is just great. Accept it as job well done, and final revision. I couldn’t have found a better resume writer than CareerPro Global! Thank you, Bruce for putting together the kind of resume that makes recruiters says HIRE! I go to the job search full of confidence, the kind of confidence that gets hired. The positive feedback I received so far has been phenomenal.

Michael Douglas

Barbara, first I’d like to say that I’m pleasantly astounded that you took the time to review my information and respond as you did. Your willingness to call it like you see it, speaks very highly to your integrity and professionalism. Thank you.

Bob

Lee: Thought you’d like to know what is happening so you can update your success stats. I have been selected for the job and the ECQs are being forwarded today to OPM. HR here says the ECQs are well written (and only a couple happy to glad edits). Thanks for all your help. I’ll let you know how it all works out.

Gopala

Thank you very much for your help. The ECQs are fantastic. My feedback: ***** (5 stars). Thanks.

Julie B.

Not good news, but GREAT news!!!!!!!!!!!!! My (or should I say “your”) ECQs were just approved a few days ago (Thursday that just passed) and then I got my firm offer the next day. Thank you again so much for all your hard work!!!!!

Preston McLaughlin

Thank you for the great products and the timely delivery. I greatly appreciate your help! I will definitely refer you and your company to other folks needing your services.

George

Debbie: I got the job!! I am so very excited. I got the call last week and I am the new SES Director. Thanks again Debbie for all your help. I am really excited.

Regina

Joe, FYI, I have an interview on Friday. I received “superior” ratings on all three of my MTQs. Thanks again for getting me out of panel. I could NOT have done this without you. I particularly appreciated you taking the interest to evaluate which examples to include and those to exclude rather than just accepting the builder, as submitted. This result is as much yours as it is mine, so please accept my appreciation and congratulations in achieving this desired outcome. Regards.

Vicki

Lee, as always, it has been a pleasure working with you. You have done an amazing job with my resume documents. You have exceptional talent and, given your interpersonal skills and writing ability. Thank you!

Greg

Lee, just wanted to let you know I was selected for this position… after a long, long process. They advertised it twice, I was selected both times… apparently there was concern about hiring an active duty military member directly into the position. The easiest part was getting through OPM, my ECQs sailed through in ~2 weeks. Thanks again for all your help.

Lynn

Joseph: Just wanted you to know I received a call today that my second set of ECQs made it through!!!! I am so excited 🙂 Thank you so much for all your help! Best Regards,

A. Posey

Bruce, Just wanted to share some fruits of our work… I made it to ‘best qualified’ for the Commerce SES job I applied to in May. Thanks!

Sharon B. Arnold, Ph.D.

CareerPro and Lee were wonderful to work with. They worked with me to elicit the aspects of my experience that would shine on the ECQs. This was not a cookie-cutter process, but very personalized to my experience and expertise. And it resulted in a positive outcome – I was appointed to the SES!

R. Mulach

Debbie: Just wanted to take a minute to say ‘thanks’ again for helping me refine my ECQ earlier this year. Really appreciate your encouragement and advice, as well as drafting suggestions. Your input made a great difference in my responses, and I really appreciate your fantastic customer service. Thanks!

B. L.

Debbie: Hope all is well. Well, I made it to the selecting official and my ECQs passed the QRB. Thank you for all your help.

Bill

Debbie, I wanted to let you know that I got the Deputy IG position with NCUA! Thank you again for all your help in putting together an outstanding SES resume that easily got me on the Best Qualified (BQ) list! I learned that approximately 25 individuals applied, but only 7 made the BQ list and received an interview with the panel. It’s been a crazy spring to say the least, but you relieved a big part of the burden, thank you again!

JW

Lee: I got the SES job at PACOM J9! Thanks for all the great support!

JDW

I just spoke with the ESO rep that I’m 1 of 4 persons referred to the selecting official for the Federal Security Director at DTW (Detroit). Also, the job had 3 PTQs, the score spread is 18-33 and I scored 31 (great job on those PTQs!). Thank you.

D. R.

Just received this email: ‘I am happy to inform you that your application for the Associate Administrator for Education has been rated highly qualified and the next step is an interview. Since I am the selection official, I will be conducting the interview.’ — I can’t thank you enough for your help in developing my SES application.

Victor E. Powers

I want to let you know that I just got the word that my ECQs were certified by OPM. I truly thank you for all your support and expert assistance.

Desmond Brown

Just finished reviewing the tech narratives and everything is outstanding!

Steve S.

Joseph, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your professional work in shaping my resume and cover letter for the Counterdrug Executive Administration position. I was selected from 98 applicants and start on the job today as Deputy Director.

V. S.

Lee:[YIPPEE!] We did it! I received notification late Thursday that my ECQs passed the board. Thank you for all of your assistance. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all of your support.

Chris

Just wanted to let you know that I have been accepted into the SES position. I never would have been able to navigate the ECQ development process without your extensive help and input. I appreciate all of your work on this, including your patience with the amount of material I was generating. If I can do anything in terms of conveying feedback to supervisors or managers on your end, please let me know. My sincere thanks,

Jen Courtney

Barbara and Bruce, I was selected for the SES position. Thank you again, for your assistance. I will definitely recommend your services to colleagues.

R. B.

Bruce: I have been scheduled for an interview for the Federal Aviation Administration executive position of Program Director, FAA Logistics Center, AFN.

Chris

Bruce, I have reviewed the ECQs. They are excellent. I’m thoroughly impressed at your ability to really grasp and articulate the narrative from the jumble of information I sent you.

Ahmad

Finally!!! It was announced officially early this week, that I was selected for the SES position. Regards

Marcus

Lee, I am happy to report I made it through OPM and am now in my new job! CareerPro Global and you in particular were super helpful throughout this process. You were a real pro. Please feel free to use me as a reference if ever required. Barbara, working with you and your firm was a great experience. Sincerely.

R. Baldre

My best advice to anyone using this service is to trust your CareerPro Global writer and allow them to critique the suggestions provided by others! I listened to others and drastically changed my original ECQs, which were sent back by OPM! I was devastated and I had to go back to the beginning with my writer for a second submission. This time I took his word and held my ground and it worked. I was just notified that OPM has cleared me as SES. Special thanks to my writer Lee who was so patient with me and really gave me that extra confidence.

D. Moore

Career Coaching: Pat, Thank you so much for your help! I made it to the next and final round of a grueling 5 hour SES CDP Assessment Center. I am waiting from among the other 49 final candidates, (of an original 250 applicants), to hear some wonderful news around the mid to end portion of January!

LM

Lee Kelly and CareerPro are AWESOME! Lee walked me through the process every step of the way and ensured I was thorough and complete in responding to the competencies. I LOVE the ECQ builder; somehow, you need to get the word out that you have this miracle tool.

D. Moore

I will recommend your services, highly, to anyone that asks. I couldn’t have taken the edge off and been as well prepared to give the interviewers plenty of CCAR that they were looking, for without the type of coaching I received from you. Also, in subsequent timed interviews during the SES CDP assessment center, I came in well under my time and I was comfortable with that versus being over or having to have been cut-off.

L. Sutton-Burke

Stefanie, My SES application and narrative have been referred. Regards,

R/CAM

Lee, I started my new job on Monday. The ECQs went through on the first round. Thanks again for all your assistance.

John

“Barbara and Lee, I just wanted to let you know I am scheduled for an interview for the SES position next week.
Thank you for the great work on my resume!”

Keith

Hi Barbara, I’m going to order myself a new Roadmap to the Senior Executive Service book, l because my current copy is worn out from so much use! As I said before, I think your book is the best reference on the market–especially for writing and developing traditional ECQ narratives.

Bill

Good Morning Lee, I just wanted to let you know that I was selected for the SES job I applied for and I have completed the appointment process. My ECQs made it through the entire process – thanks. I wanted to share this with you in case you keep track of these for your records. Thanks again for your help,

Janet

“I got the SES job!!!! I’m going home!! It’s still sinking in. Thank you so much for all your help!

Best wishes,”

Nima

“Good morning Bruce! So the status as of right now is that I was selected as one of over 80 applicants and participated in my first panel interview. At this point it appears that they have made a final 4 selections and I believe I may be one of the last 4 who will go through another round of interviews.
SO…Great news for now and thanks for your guidance and all your support!”

Patsy

“Debbie, just wanted to let you know that I was finally contacted and interviewed on Monday this week. I understand that the Army panel only interviewed the top candidates and after the interviews are complete, they will provide a list in priority order to the selecting official. I assume that will be the CG, USARPAC. The person selected will then be detailed to the position until the QRB process at OPM is completed and the SECARMY approves.
Aloha,”

R/Olivette

Good news, I received confirmation from OPM that the QRB approved my CDP SES non-competitive filling status. Without your help, I would be facing a SES ECQ redo. Thanks again.

Steve F.

“Got word today that my SES package was accepted! Thanks again for the hard work and patience. Thanks again!

Regards,”

Susan F.

“Jason, Thanks to you and Debbie for your help in preparing for SES job positions.

I was offered an SES position for Assistant Commissioner of International Prices at the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Thank you.”

Vinnie T.

What began as a daunting project became an extraordinary submission. Thank you for your guidance, expert skills, and for believing under impossible time constraints that we can get the submission done.

M. O.

Bruce, I sent the first few ECQs to a colleague of mine who reviews the applicant packages and “sits” on the ranking panels. His comments on the first ECQs “Mike, these ECQS look great! In fact, they’re better than most of the ones I’ve seen while sitting on selection panels.” I am really happy that I partnered with you in my endeavor for a SES position.

Kevin

Lee, Mmuch appreciated and I believe the money invested in this for my future is well worth it. You did a remarkable job so I want to thank you in person.

J. Pennington

“Lee, I just received the SES job offer and accepted! Excellent work on the package.

Thank you for the high quality service.”

W. Cahill

I was called to the Administrator’s office to attend a meeting on training ship construction. He started the meeting by announcing that I was the newest member of MARAD’s SES team. Thanks for all your assistance and I will be sure to fill out the evaluation form in the next couple of days.

Amy

Debbie! I submitted my SES application one day early, which really put my mind at ease. I really appreciate all of your help, especially as it came down to the wire, that was so stressful for me, and you were such a calming counselor. I will certainly recommend CareerPro to anyone who might want to apply for SES positions!

Jean

Lee—My package went through on the first time! Thank you so very much for all of your assistance and encouragement. You have special skills. Thank you again for everything.

Morton

I wanted you to know that I made it past the first hurdle. I’m up to the executive evaluation panel. I’ll keep you updated. Thanks again for all your help.

N. Dorozetz

Without reservation I would highly recommend CareerPro Global’s’ services, I used them in the past and relied on them to help me compete for an SES opportunity that recently became available! Kudos to these folks, they are awesome!

S. J.

I am writing to let you know that I had an interview yesterday morning and was offered the SES job approximately 21/2 hours later. They are sending my name to the review board. I thought you would want to know. Thanks for all your help!

Stephen Lennon

I fully recommend this group to anyone who is a good writer, but needs the perfection of the writing required to apply to the SES. I write well, but Career Pro Global writers perfect and drive essays to success. Working with them is one of the most fulfilling interactions of my career.

John

I was selected to be the Deputy COO at the Armed Forces Retirement Home! I am 100% certain I could not have done it without your help and guidance! Thank you!

Steve H.

I thought I’d just pass along the happy news that your perfect record is intact. I’m told my ECQ’s were approved by the QRB. Thanks for your efforts. I can’t imagine having gotten here without your help. With sincere gratitude.

Stephen

I wanted you to know that I was selected for SES today. Thank you so much for your help, and in particular, you clear disagreement when the comments from OPM. I humbly do believe, I am qualified for this posting, and I want to thank you again for helping me get there. With warm regards,

Monica

I officially got the SES job with the VA!! Thank you!

Chris

Just wanted to let you know that because of your work, I had my interview today with DIA for the SES job. Add another to a success in getting the interview. Thanks to you and the team! You do great work and I will recommend CareerPro Global to others.

Brad

I’m sure you guys appreciate feedback on how your SES products work out. I just wanted to let you know that it’s been 1 month since I got my new resume from you and I already have two interviews scheduled for awesome jobs including the stretch position of Washington State Forester that I started this whole thing for. The other is the Director of Forest Management for The Nature Conservancy. This has been an awesome experience and I just wanted to say thank you.

D.P. Colonel, U.S. Army

I couldn’t think of a single thing to say to help improve the process.  Erika did a wonderful job, and knew exactly what to ask me.  She spent over two hours with me on the phone one evening, dragging out what I really wanted to do as my next career.  She found qualifications and experiences I had long forgotten I had.  I couldn’t work quickly enough to keep up with her.  Simply great. Thanks most of all for everyone making me feel they had a genuine interest in my future.

After serving in the military for nearly 30 years, I was confident that I knew everything about the military.  I was equally confident that I didn’t know anything about transitioning to the civilian world or the Senior Executive Service.  I was welcomed into the whole process by a group of dedicated professionals, who showed genuine interest in my transition.  They worked quickly and effectively, and I had the products I needed in no time.  They took the time to get to know me, and brought out experiences and qualifications I had long forgotten I had.  Now, if they could only help me pick out some clothes, I’d be all set.

Mark M.

I am writing to touch base and provide feedback on my experience with Career pro and my experience with Fran Sheridan as my writer for my SES package. Fran was marvelous to work with and a consummate professional. She did an exceptional job transforming my 15 years of professional experience and source materials into well-articulated and applicable narratives in response to the ECQ and TQ requirements. As you are aware the Federal application process is new to me; I do not feel I would have been able to submit a competitive package without CareerPro Global and Fran’s efforts.

Anonymous

Another thank you goes to CareerPro Global – it became official today that I was selected for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center SES Executive Director position. My appointment to the Senior Executive Service is next month. You made the process painless and the product superb!

Adam D.

Upon contacting CareerPro Global I received a call back that, to my surprise, lasted over 45 minutes. Everyone I have spoken with has taken the time to explain all the processes and tricks of government hiring to me in wonderful detail. My first conversation with the writer of my resume, Joseph T.r, lasted over an hour and the information I received in that call alone was very valuable. After completing the required forms, receiving a first draft from Mr. T., and going through the revision process I am confident that I have a resume that sets me apart from the competition. I look forward to working with CareerPro Global again for any future resume needs I have and I recommend them wholeheartedly to my associates who need government resumes.

Mark G.

Both Lisa B. and Lee K. are world-class.

I tried writing my own resume and although the effort provided me some needed insights…it didn’t produce an effective or professionally appealing product. After CareerProGlobal completed their collaborative work with me and produced their professionally written resume, I’ve received numerous calls and inquiries. Recently I received a “complimentary” resume review from a competitive service with the obvious intent to offer a rewrite but in the end, they described my resume as “an excellent product”. I’ve offered CareerProGlobal to many of my friends and colleagues.

Elizabeth A.

Apparently, your resume skills are magical. I’ve been writing people ALL summer and then BAM you write it and I send it out and I’ve had 3 calls in a day for jobs. … The 2 places that I will or might interview at I’ve been sending them resumes all summer but the second I send them your resume they want me. Guess I should have gotten you in May. :)  I’ll let you know how it all goes. Thanks again for all of this. I was completely losing hope, and couldn’t understand why no one wanted me when I KNEW I was a good teacher. I’m the same person, you just made sure they saw it. I can’t thank you enough for this.

J.L.

Lee Kelley was outstanding to work with. He stimulated my thought process concerning the information he needed through his guidance and motivation. This made for a more complete and professional resume including the Federal ECQ’s and TQ’s. It was a great deal of work for both Lee and I, with a very short turnaround, but I believe it has provided me with one of the finest resumes I’ve ever helped develop.

M.C.

This was an accelerated project; I think from initial contact to application submittal, the process took just seven (7) days. Result: a top-quality ~26-page package, and an interview now scheduled for the 24th of May. I know I’m qualified, but the application package verified it.

D.H.

Bruce. well everybody loved it–including an SES friend who sat SES selection boards. Thanks again, and let me know if you need anything more for the ECQs.

J.T.

Bruce, I know it has been a while, but wanted to let you know the status of the selection process for the job. I was notified that I have been selected and given a tentative offer. The process that must now be completed is that I have to have my financial and security clearances validated and the ECQs approved by OPM.

Michael T.

I just wanted to pass word along that Joseph is a God. The resume and resume process couldn’t have been better. He explained EVERYTHING in great detail and was able to talk me off the ledge when it came to concerns I had about why certain things were omitted. Extremely professional and even more personable, which in today’s world is very hard to find. I’ll be making the initial payment for the civilian resume today or tomorrow so if there is any way to ensure Joseph is my writer I’d greatly appreciate your help. At this point not even my own family know my military career better then Joseph so it would be a shame to switch writers at this point.

P.H.

I’ve reviewed the resume several times, and the best feedback I can come up with is, ‘Wow’.  I know that’s so useful and eloquent.  Awe is not something I am usually struck with, but that is where I find myself.

So, to close the business end of this: I think this resume is perfect.  I accept it.  Thank you!

If you’ll allow me to shift gears for a minute, I’d like to tell you what this means to me.

I’m told by some that transition is supposed to be a joyful time: they’re wrong.  It’s terrifying, confusing, and painful.  I’m a firm believer in defining the moments in my life, but I cannot deny that Master Sergeant H—-, United States Air Force defines me.  Just contemplating laying aside the uniform taps a well of emotion that is indescribable.  For so long that it seems like forever, the mantle ‘Airman’ has informed my thoughts, my actions, my speech, and my being.  Therein lies the rub.

When I look at all my [evaluations] and whatnot, I just can’t think, ‘let’s translate these experiences into KSAs’.  When I look at those documents I think about laughter and tears, friends found and friends lost, good times and the suck.  I know there’s some skills in there, there has to be, but right now, all it is to me is visions of dear friends, family really, and a life.  That’s not particularly helpful in writing a resume.

So, thank you for doing such a great job of translating all of the gibberish into something useful for an organization.  I couldn’t have done this.  I think this will open many doors for me.
